How Brightwood uses AI
Last updated October 21, 2026.
Brightwood builds AI systems for coaches, so it is fair to ask how AI is used here and in the work. This page answers that plainly.
On this website
None of the free tools on this site call an AI model. The calculator and the note anonymizer run only in your browser.
Which providers
Brightwood builds on models from Anthropic and OpenAI. Client systems call them through their business APIs, where submitted content is not used to train their models by default.
In client systems
Client systems use AI to draft and to summarize. Some steps send on their own. In the system Brightwood runs today, the coach approves the first onboarding email to each new client, and the rest of the onboarding emails go out on their own.
Client data
Each client's system runs on its own separate accounts and keys. One client's data is never mixed with another's, and it is never used to improve a system for a different client.
What AI does not do here
AI does not decide who Brightwood works with. It does not set prices. Where a page shows a result from a real system, the result is real.
